Described as "Flawless" - Voice Mag UK & "The best in Australia" - Hifiway, Bettie Bombshell (they/she) has been touring the world showcasing their unique brand of burlesque for just short of a decade.
They're one of Australia's most in demand burlesque artists, winning the coveted national title of Mx Burlesque 2019/2020, as well as being voted by the 21st Century Burlesque Magazine the 11th most influential burlesque performer in the world in 2022, the 13th in 2020 & 2021, the 12th in 2023, and 14th in 2024!
Bettie headlined the two major national burlesque festivals in Australia - The Australian Burlesque Festival and The Perth International Burlesque Festival - as well as performing at the biggest burlesque event in the world The Burlesque Hall of Fame - 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2023 in Las Vegas.
She is a Guiness world record holder, performed at the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly weekender, was award 'Most Classic' at the Oregon Burlesque Festival, as well as produces 5 star shows such as The After Hours Cabaret Club, .CHURCH., Red Light Confidential, and I'm With The BANNED.
Bettie is a featured headlining artist in the smash hit show Gatsby - The Green Light now showing at the iconic Sydney Opera House, featured artist in the Bass Fam Creative touring production 'ORACLE', a core cast member with the iconic variety show The Kaye Hole (with host and producer Reuben Kaye), has appeared in Harper's Bazaar & Vogue Australia, core cast member of SMASHED the brunch party, featured performer at the Alexander McQueen Gala at the National Gallery of Victoria, performed with YUMMY (produced by Valerie Hex and Hannie Helsden), Bust Out Burlesque, Worship and Beaucoup (New Orleans), Hubba Hubba Revue (San Francisco), Unbridled at Untitled (Chicago), The Slipper Room and Bathtub Gin (NYC), Beauty of Burlesque (L.A.), plus many more, but you're sick of reading these by now!
This Bombshell brings a veritable smorgasbord of disciplines to the stage; and with over 20 years of experience the performances are powerful and captivating.
